Library Adds Alexander Street Videos to Collection

As a benefit of the library's membership in CARLI, the library has obtained six streaming video collections from Alexander Street Press. These include: Black Studies in Video, Ethnographic Video Online - Volumes I and II, Filmakers Library Online, Health and Society in Video, and World History in Video.

These collections were selected to support the curriculum of CTU generally, and also to provide additional access to multicultural and ethnographic materials. Since these collections consist of streaming video, the individual videos cannot be downloaded, but individuals can build playlists of videos they would like collect for later viewing. Many videos also includes transcripts of their content.
