The Digital Library of the Catholic Reformation is currently available on a trial basis. This resource includes primary texts from the 16th and 17th centuries in Latin, English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. Both a fully searchable text file as well as scans of the original documents are part of this database. To access this trial, click here.

The library has added JSTOR's 19th Century British Pamphlets collection to its collection of online resources. These pamphlets will provide access to primary sources from UK research libraries that have not been available online before. To access this collection, click here. The pamphlet collection can also be searched as part of library's entire JSTOR collection.

You can add a bookmarklet to your web browser to make it easy to see if the library owns a book before you purchase it on Amazon. After the search is complete, drag the bookmarklet from your results to your browser's toolbar.If you use Firefox, you will need the Bookmarks Toolbar checked under View. The library has added the Chicago Manual of Style Online to assist students with constructing proper citations for assignments. You can browse the manual or search the contents, and a Quick Guide is provided to give examples of citations for the most common types of materials. The library provides many national and local newspapers online through Ebsco’s Newspaper Source. Go to http://ezproxy.ctu.edu:2048/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?profile=ehost to see descriptions of all of the library’s databases, and scroll down to Newspaper Source. Click on the database to search for news, or click on the title list to see which newspapers are included in this database.

Oxford Reference Online Premium has recently been updated with over 13,000 new entries. Some of the updates include revisions to the Oxford Dictionary of Art and Artists and the Dictionary of Psychology, as well as the addition of new works, such as the Dictionary of Hinduism.
